Do You Charge For Delivery?

Our standard Royal Mail Tracked delivery service is free. We send out parcels using Royal Mails new Tracked service. Delivery times are normally within 3 to 4 working days.

For Guaranteed next working day delivery in the UK - GBP 5.00
For Guaranteed next day Saturday delivery in the UK - GBP 10.00
For Ireland/Europe/Rest of the world - GBP 10.00 (regardless of quantity)

Please note: Special Next Day delivery is only available if order is placed before 12 pm,
if order is placed after 12 pm, delivery will be Guaranteed for the day after tomorrow, before 1pm.

If you require a Guaranteed Saturday Delivery, the order needs to be placed before 12 pm on Friday. If order is placed on Friday after 12 pm, your parcel will arrive on Monday before 1pm.

Please remember Guaranteed Next Day deliveries require a signature, if no one is home when the parcel arrives, a red calling card will be left by Royal Mail, please do not ignore this as any items returned to us due to non collection from the sorting office will result in further resending costs.

You can choose between the different delivery options when you get to the checkout.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery not available during Bank Holidays.

Do You Deliver Overseas?

Yes we are happy to deliver overseas. The order process is the same as UK. The only difference is that you have to pay an additional postage charge of GBP 10.00, regardless of quantity of items. Please choose the overseas option when asked at the checkout.

We regard all destinations outside of the United Kingdom to be overseas including Southern Ireland / Europe and the rest of the world.

Delivery times can take up to 10 working days.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. (If you are paying by Maestro or Switch, please use the Paypal option as Google Checkout does not accept these cards).

You can also pay by post using Cheque or Postal Orders. Please make payable to Welljuice. Cheques will have to clear before any goods are released. If you pay by Postal Orders, goods will be posted immediately.

We also accept Western Union Money transfer. Please call us before making the payment to Western Union. Once the money has been paid, the goods will be released. Please call 0121 753 4442.
